We brought you the audio from the Kimberlin / Walker Maryland Miscarriage trial in this post but now a new revelation that the audio was posted by Twitter account @AnonyOps raises a number of questions. In a tweet on Friday, June 1st AnonyOps took credit, saying:

If you missed it, I put the Kimberlin V. Walker court audio online.

Who is AnonyOps? The Twitter account has impressive number of followers –over 170,000 as we go to press–and claims to be affiliated with the hackivist group Anonymous. Some observers believe that the account is controlled by Neal Rauhauser — a controversial leftist activist also known as Stranded Wind who was kicked off of DailyKos and is claimed to have connections to Brett Kimberlin – however this indentity is not confirmed.

There are also claims — given to this reporter by a well-known conservative activist — that Mr. Rauhauser is affiliated with progressive Twitter egotist @Shoq. (More Shoq here.)

Another question : was the audio obtained from the court as claimed on the Soundcloud page, or was it recorded in the courthouse?
