Walker V. Kimberlin: Maryland Case… DISMISSED?!

I’m contemplating a longer write-up later, but I wanted to get this out to all of you who have been suckered into financially / morally supporting the kooky fantasy world of the “former” leftist Breitbaren’ts (i.e. Aaron Walker, Ali Akbar, Patrick Frey, RS McCain, Lee Stranahan, Brandon Darby, etc) in their obsessive onslaught against someone with nothing but ZERO evidence and paranoid delusions to motive them.

Aaron Walker had his case against Brett Kimberlin kicked to the curb by United States District Judge, J. Frederick Motz. In other words, Walker and Dan Backer, Walker’s attorney, got spanked. Also, Judge Motz didn’t grant Kimberlin’s Rule 11 sanctions against Backer for bringing this seemingly frivolous suit into his courtroom. But, Motz wrote that a similar suit brought in the future, “may result in the imposition of sanctions.”

This is why Walker and Backer claim they filed the suit against Kimberlin. Sure, Kimberlin is litigious, but the speculation that he’s behind the spate of political “swattings” just doesn’t have any evidence to support it. My take: Backer was convinced by Walker and Patrick Frey, who are both attorneys, that if Backer could make his case and get discovery against Kimberlin that they could use it as a fishing expedition to fish for proof of Kimberlin’s involvement in the swattings. That’s not justice and it flies in the face of America’s founding principles. It’s shady and underhanded. And, as attorneys, these yokels are officers of the court? How disheartening.

We here at The Trenches have written about Mr. Kimberlin before and while we may not choose to be involved with him, we’re wise enough not to poke a hornet nest without cause. How bright can someone be to sue Kimberlin frivolously when he’s reportedly filed dozens of cases against people for the slightest provocation? The aforementioned Breitbaren’ts make their living off of playing the victim in their “#war” against leftists. Maybe poking at hornet nests without cause is all they know how to do.

This can’t be good for Walker’s suit against Kimberlin in Virginia which is still outstanding.

Here’s the judge’s decision:

Since the beginning of this year, Walker, who is Jewish and a Zionist, has been fired for inciting Muslim extremists and Brett Kimberlin on his company’s dime, then lying about the reasons for his being fired to garner public sympathy and donations, slapped with a judge’s protection order against him, tossed in jail for violating judge’s orders, and now this. On the surface, Aaron Walker seems like a complete fool and I can’t fathom why anyone would continue to associate with him while he’s in this toxic season of his life.

The Breitbaren’ts got stung and it’s been a long time coming. I warned them repeatedly that this, or worse, would be the outcome, and of course they didn’t listen. Why? You see, in their own minds they’re smarter than everyone else. Too bad for them that the courts don’t have the same opinion of their self-assessed brilliance.

It would be nice if these people who claim to be conservatives would finally stop using melodrama and falsehoods to attract blog traffic and ill-gotten donations from their pool of willfully ignorant “conservative” echo chamber dupes. From what I’ve seen, I’m not very hopeful of that happening.

I’m not holding my breath either. I am not an uninterested by-stander by any means, I have almost 6 months of posts about the NBC and other actors in this diorama of deception. There is a strong smell of rotten fish and mouldy cheese emanating from the whole sordid mess. I am just sitting on the side-lines watching justice grind her slowly turning wheels …

Once my eyes were opened to this, I felt like I’d been used. The Breitbaren’t crew will undoubtedly suffer for this, and shame on them for being more deplorable in candor than Kimberlin’s past, much less making honest conservatives choose between defending BK or them.

They made this a pissing contest from the beginning, and all the while, behind the scenes were orchestrating some of the most scandalous smear campaigns I’ve ever seen in my life. Nagy, Frey, Stranahan, Walker, McCain, Akbar, and all of the people who followed them around like mosquitos to a bug light (yes, this is you-select DOD members). The truth was right there to parse and the echo chamber placed popularity over facts.

This isn’t just a slap, it’s a double windmill bitch slap, and to all of the conspiring Breitbaren’t (who have practically tortured the Trenches for months for disrupting this narrative), I hope that you are not only discredited, but admonished and cast off into the darkness.

True conservatives have no place for liars, thieves, excessive litigants, smear merchants, hoodlums, and all that makes up the disgusting roach nest that has infested the conservative movement by way of Breitbaren’ts brand.

If I sound ticked off, it’s because I am. These people are the gutter of society, and that people lapped up their bullshit like kitten’s milk turns my stomach.

Heh! I have been attacked, smeared, threatened, marginalized and lied about by these rat-bastards. I hope the rumors about a federal criminal indictment with 11 known names on it is true and all these ass-wipes get dragged in front of a federal magistrate and held without bail. I was and what they have been doing is worse than any of what I did …

At the very least Frey should be stripped of his job as a public servant for Los Angeles for interstate tampering in a legal case. He is a deplorable low life, and not honest enough to be a prosecutorial attorney for the city. Looking at his behavior, I’d wonder how many cases were filed under false premise and people wrongly imprisoned because of him.

    • kimvy

“The truth was right there to parse and the echo chamber placed popularity over facts”

Yep. No one wants to be “cast out” even though they turn a blind eye to actions/behaviors that they’d be all over if a liberal did it. And they wonder why their message doesn’t get through, is only heard by their own.

    • JLanceCombs

Confirmation bias. You guys started this “us vs them” friendly fire crap and are now blaming the victims. Source? I was there for many of the flame wars and saw first hand who took the first shots.

      • http://twitter.com/BradleySRees Bradley S. Rees

No idea who you are, pal, but you can’t get away with historical revisionism here. The “flame wars,” as you call them, were started as a whisper campaign attempting to discredit The Trenches and draw some “conservative” heavy-hitters into the fray against us. (Yes, we have the goods on that. We always do.)

We “attacked” *no one* before that.

Secondly, we have a stockpile of torches here at The Trenches, for the sole purpose of burning strawmen. So, allow me to set ablaze the one you built here.

We are not “defending”, and will never “defend” unrepentant terrorists. In fact, if you’ll look into our archived posts here, you’ll notice that we participated willingly and enthusiastically in “Everyone Blog About BK” Day.

That being said, as First Principles federalists, we will promote *actual* justice (as opposed to the fake kinds - social, environmental, food, reproductive, economic, etc.) all day long.

BK has paid his debt to society (if not to a certain widow) for his acts of terrorism. This asinine lawsuit brought by Walker/Worthing et al has absolutely nothing to do with justice. It never did.

We have pointed this out, as have many others. The facts are clear. Walker’s refusal to admit his sole culpability in losing his job led to a self-imposed persecution complex, perpetuated all too willingly by the “BK is an all-purpose bogeyman” set.

Whether you choose to see that stark reality or not is not our concern, nor our fault.

You can seek out a remedy for your myopia, or continue slamming face-first into walls of ignored evidence. I really don’t care.

But, if you keep up the latter, quit blaming others for it. Putz.

        • http://brooksbayne.com brooksbayne

brad, it’s unfortunate that lance (who?) falls into the category of the people i mentioned in the post: the “pool of willfully ignorant ‘conservative’ echo chamber dupes”. facts and principles don’t mean anything to people like that. they have allegiance to the collective echo chamber, replete with its false money-seeking narratives, and nothing more. i’ll spell it out for them again… w-i-l-l-f-u-l i-g-n-o-r-a-n-c-e.

        • JLanceCombs

Not surprised that you guys don’t remember the “peons” in the sidelines of the arguments. I’m not famous. I am, however, someone who came to the defense of you guys against people I thought were overreacting, until I saw how far you were willing to go to win an argument. The only echo chamber I see here is the nodding head lemmings who walk rank and file behind someone who’s main line of debate is to ridicule those who disagree with him. And “eunuchorns” is SO clever. It is my opinion that Bayne, at least, is a blatant liar. I don’t know about the rest of you. I’ve only seen his crap first hand. But, I’m typically going to suspect the accuracy of anything he purports to “report”, simply because he is the one doing so. I first thought he was just abrasive. Then I began to believe he made wild assumptions without checking his own premises. Now, I just believe he makes stuff up.

          • http://brooksbayne.com brooksbayne

here’s another willfully ignorant echo chamber dupe claiming that we’ve lied about something but doesn’t provide any proof of said claim.

did we lie about stranahan being a porpgrapher, scammer, and pimp? nope: http://leestranahanwatch.com/
did we lie about walker’s case being a huge ball of hopeless fail? nope: see this very post you’re commenting on.
did we lie about ali akbar being a hubristic gay felon? nope:http://ireport.cnn.com/docs/DOC-812949
did we lie about frey’s dishonesty regarding SUPR TOPP SEKRET emails sent to andrew breitbart? nope. 5 people were on that call and have publicly called him out on it.

from looking at your twitter stream, you should spend less time playing “minecraft” (how cute, my son played that when he was 12) and spend more time paying attention to what the big people are doing, jr.

i could go on, but that’s not really necessary. you have one opportunity to present something other than ad hominem, or we’ll block you and delete all your comments here. that’s the standard treatment for trolls around here.

            k, your move, troll.

        • http://brooksbayne.com brooksbayne

yet “lance” ignores paul lemmen’s response in these comments where he states that he’s been attacked by these same “former” leftist shysters over nearly the same thing - questioning the legitimacy of some of these people and their outlandish narratives. facts are indeed stupid things.

the ignorance of some of these people couldn’t be any more willful, brad.

  • http://twitter.com/Xcitizen10 XCitizen10

LOL, to appeal they’d have to pique Backer’s interest to keep funding this witch hunt. Backer doesn’t seem like the type that likes to stretch out from playing softball to playing baseball.

    • kimvy

I didn’t see that they already made appealing noises when I posted my comment. lol…

They may not formally appeal, but do expect to see a fundraising drive and other attempts to separate people from their cash.

Well you had us all thinking it would end up this way. Thanks to The Trenches for keeping us well informed on all the “Twitter Drama” that happens often on Twitter. Another interesting and knowledgeable read!

    • http://brooksbayne.com brooksbayne

      i’m wrong sometimes. ;)

  • Debra

The coordinated ‘kill the messenger’ smear campaign against the Trenches for bringing this all to light has been appalling. Thanks for taking the arrows.

    • http://brooksbayne.com brooksbayne

      that’s why we’re here.

    • http://twitter.com/BradleySRees Bradley S. Rees

Not to make this all about us… But! When scammers are first exposed, those who have been defrauded lead the charge in their defense.

Remember the country club pals of Bernie Madoff who rushed to denounce the SEC, until the man himself admitted to stealing from them?

Or the neighbors of the violent criminal who appear on television news programs giving variations of the “I don’t believe it. Not *him*.” line?

The point is, some folks have such a vested interest in concealing their own gullibility that they’ll countenance all manner of excuses on behalf of those who duped them. It requires incontrovertible evidence, and copious amounts of it, to convince them. And, even then, publicly admitting they’ve been played for a fool is a rarity.

I don’t fault them for this. It’s human nature. We tend to abhor any tacit admission of our own foibles and flaws.

What I *do* hold against them is their attempts to destroy and discredit us, simply for shining a floodlight on that growing mountain of evidence. Denying their culpability and gullibility is one thing, and very understandable.

Launching a whisper campaign against the truth, for no greater reason than to protect their misplaced loyalties? That is unforgivable.

  • kimvy

What a royal waste of time. If you are going to play with someone who lives to sue, then you’d better have everything in order. What I found interesting was the comment that no compensatory damages were asked for, only punitive. Right there is a red flag that this is a grudge issue. Why not ask for damages due to losing job, moving, etc. That’s expensive. That’s right - all that other inconvenient garbage of the boss’ email(s) would come out in court. So all that’s left is grudge (punitive) money, which the judge made careful note of.

Of course, in some ways this is a boon for them because now they can rally the troops with “The Injustice Of It All” and hold hat out for more $$. I have a crisp $5 bill that says they appeal. This will give them innumerable blog posts, twitter messages and emails for donations.

    It’s better than working, eh?

    • http://brooksbayne.com brooksbayne

that’s because walker knew the real reason he’d been fired when he started this whole dramatic lie, but the rest of us didn’t find out until his employer’s emails were leaked. maybe walkerwitz can sue himself for damages over getting himself fired.

      • kimvy

That in itself should give people pause and at minimum have them suspicious. It’s one thing to fight for the righteous cause, it’s another to distress an employer to the point that you get fired and then blame it on someone else.

  • http://twitter.com/LiberalGrouch The Liberal Grouch

Excellent writeup! I just posted the entire letter the attorney PHRI hired to dispense with Walker served him with, showing the actual reason he was canned. Kimberlin had nothing to do with it, according to the guy who did the firing. Walker and Backer and everyone who raised a nickel off this case is guilty of fraud, raising money on false pretenses. Bad juju, man!
