Libya’s President Says Embassy Attack Planned By Al-Qaeda
File this under the “WTF, Barack?” column. Obama’s administration has been tirelessly repeating that the recent attacks on our embassies by Muslims in the Middle East had nothing to do with anti-American sentiment. But, Mohamed al-Magarief flatly disagrees with the Obama administration. What does Mohamed know? He’s just the lowly Libyan president, FFS!
Here’s President al-Magarief in a recent interview claiming publicly that the attacks weren’t spontaneous and that al-Qaeda planned these attacks in advance.
The attack on the US consulate in Benghazi that killed four Americans and ten Libyans was the work of “experienced masterminds” that had been planned well in advance, “I think this was al-Qaeda,” Mohamed al-Magarief, the Libyan president, said to Al Jazeera in an interview with Hoda Abdel-Hamid.
This should be all the Romney team needs to beat Obama in November, but they’ll blow this huge opportunity like they do with everything else. Keynesians vs Marxists… Election 2012!
